BHK05 HYDRAULIC AUTOMATIC TAPPING MACHINE

Our BHOK05 model machine, which is a member of the BHOK Series automatic tapping machine group, has a double-stage transmission system that operates between M5-24 and provides high speed and torque. Our PLC controlled machine has automatic-manual and pecking operating modes. Language selection, operating mode selection, depth setting, torque setting, forward and reverse speed adjustment can be digitally adjusted on the touch screen.
Bluetech tapping machines are extremely ergonomic and powerful machines produced to terminate tapping problems. The BHOK serial machines with capability of tapping in every diameter ranging between M5 to M24 , can be adjusted to the desired torques and cycles , with two-stage gearbox in their possession, and thus they fulfill their tasks in the easiest manner, without any error.

Tool Breakage Safety

Tapping is a difficult machining process that is very sensitive to friction and heating.Applying the correct lubrication system during operation results in longer tool life, more production, more precise tolerance size, smoother threading and more efficient stock removal.
Patented MQL technology integrated into Bluetech tapping machines is a technique used by adding a very small amount of oil into compressed air that moves very quickly.
Lubrication is done with an aerosol consisting of fine oil droplets mixed into the air stream.
This system reduces the use of oil significantly and minimizes environmental impact. It eliminates the need for refrigerant treatment. It creates a high job security and healthy working environment.
