BHK04 HYDRAULIC TAPPING MACHINE

Our BHK04 model tapping machine, which is a member of the BHK Series hydraulic tapping machine group, is our model working with M5-M42 capacity with low speed high torque feature.
They are extremely ergonomic, powerful machines produced to end tapping problems.
The BHK series machines, which can be tapped in any diameter between M5 and M42, can be adjusted to the desired torque and revolutions thanks to their features, so they fulfill their tasks without error and in the easiest way.
The moving arm mechanism on the bluetech tapping machines is capable of scanning a large area, and it can be approached to the parts, with the most precision, connected to the T-channel table and the other points around the machine. The angularly alterable head of the bluetech tapping machines can be adjusted horizontally, vertically or angularly, depending on the position of the workpiece, and can be easily fixed at any desired angle.
The Bluetech BHK serial machines can be used not only for tapping , but also for reaming, countersinking and threading operations.With Bluetech tapping machines, you can perform all of these operations perfectly and in the shortest time.

Forward and Reverse Speed Control
In our tapping machines, the forward and reverse rotation speeds of the tool are controlled via the electronic system, not the hydraulic system.
Thanks to this system, forward and return speeds can be adjusted easily, precisely and independently from each other, the oil is prevented from heating up , and the rotation speed can be read instantly on the digital counter screen on the machine.
Tool Breakage Safety
Thanks to the torque adjustable and with clucth type tool holders used in our tapping machine, when the tool is jammed on the tapped piece or when the end point is reached in the blind holes, the safe tool holder is activated and prevents the tool from breaking.
MQL Lubrication System
Tapping is a difficult machining process that is very sensitive to friction and heating. Applying the correct lubrication system during operation results in longer tool life, more production, more precise tolerance size, smoother threading and more efficient stock removal.
MQL technology with patent integrated into Bluetech tapping machines, very fast movement It is a technique used by adding a very small amount of lubricant to Eden compressed air. Lubrication is done with an aerosol consisting of fine oil droplets mixed into the air stream.
This system reduces the use of oil significantly and minimizes environmental impact. It eliminates the need for refrigerant treatment. It creates a high job security and healthy working environment.
30 mm T Grooved Work Table
In Bluetech BHK03 and BHK04 models, 30 mm thick and 900x700 mm T-slotted table is used as standard.
